Day Three, " Under the Sea"

So today is my normal kid day- or mom day. Therefore Kate gets to travel with into what is called the craziness of children world. So, with my magnificent plan of going into the city for a change of pace with the kids, we went to the Aquarium. Leaving the house around 9:45, with the kids dressed and smiles on their faces. We found parking and were getting out to be tourists. When a man walks up to me asking me to buy some newspaper thing for a dollar and then asks me if Kate was my daughter... WHAT? I am walking with twin four-year-olds and Kate is my kid. Do I look that old??? Geez

So then we proceed to the Aquarium of the Bay:

We saw lots of sharks, fish, sting rays and then random animals that should not be found in an Aquarium such as a chinchilla. The kids had a great time, and we left with a shark book in our hand and a smile on our face. :)

After leaving the Aquarium, we ate lunch in the car while we sat in traffic and made in home just in time for the boys and Kate's nap time. Around 2:15 we gathered our belongings and headed to the Little Gym for the boys play time. Kate and I rested and breathed for a moment as we watched the boys get rid of lots of energy. YAY.

We then proceeded to swimming pool where our under water adventure continued. And of course Luke brought his shark... that squeaked. :) A lot.

We then came home and watched Finding Nemo to end the great day of under the water.

Just for an added bonus... Kate and I are avid SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE watchers, so we did watch the finale tonight. I won't say who won just yet... because some of you might not have watched it yet. But- I am so excited about the outcome!! YAY! :)
